3 Years Ups and Downs,Twist and Turns

 

Life has been a tumultuous ride
Over these past three years, I must confide
Full of ups and downs, twists and turns
At times, my emotions have wildly burned

I have laughed and loved, danced and sung
But also faced heartache and strife, it's true
I have tasted the sweetest of triumphs
But also known the bitter taste of defeat

Through it all, I have learned to embrace
The beauty and pain that life can bring
To savor each moment, good or bad
And keep on living, despite the sting

For in the end, it is life's ebb and flow
That shapes and molds us, don't you know
Teaching us lessons, helping us grow
Into the people we were meant to be, I suppose

So here's to life, with all its highs and lows
I'll keep on living, no matter where it goes.

Life over the last three years has been a rollercoaster ride
Full of ups and downs, twists and turns, highs and lows
It's been a time of growth, change, and self-discovery
A time of learning, loving, living, and letting go

The world has undergone great shifts and transformations
Political, social, and technological advances
Climate change and pandemics have shaped our lives
Leaving us to adapt and find ways to thrive

Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, there have been moments of joy
The birth of a child, the love of a partner, the friendship of a dear companion
These glimmers of hope and happiness have sustained us
Giving us strength to persevere and face whatever comes next

Life is a journey, full of ups and downs, twists and turns
But through it all, we find the courage to keep moving forward
Embracing every moment, good and bad, as an opportunity to grow
And to make the most of the time we have on this earth.
